Dr. Robert Durig and his son Dr. Jim Durig did very extensive work on the family tree taking the Durig's back to Switzerland in the 1500's. When I was 18 we had a reunion and the family came from Switzerland, oh how I wish I would have stayed in touch. I had no idea that I would become so interested. And I wish I woudl have spoken to my grandfather more about our family!
